If you would like to know your next billing date or see your charge or credit history, you can visit the Billing Details section of your Account.

How is my billing date determined?

Your billing date corresponds to the day you signed up for your Netflix account.

If your billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in every month (ie. the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead. Monthly charges are billed at the beginning of your billing cycle and can take several days to appear on your account.

Can I change my billing date?

Your billing date is based on the day you signed up for your Netflix account and cannot be changed from your Account.

The only way to change your billing date is to cancel your account and restart it on the date you’d like to be billed.
